Refund Policy

1. Cancellation Policy

Bookings can be cancelled for free up to 4 hours before the scheduled service time. Cancellations made within 4 hours may incur a small convenience fee.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are eligible in the following cases:

• The service provider fails to arrive (No-Show).
• The service provided is unsatisfactory (subject to investigation).
• Multiple charges for the same booking.

3. Refund Process

Refund requests must be raised via the app within 24 hours of the service completion. Once approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
